Jeannine McConnell’s four-decade tech career spans successes from software development patents, Big-4 management consulting to strategic global leadership roles. Jeannine’s most recent responsibilities included leading a global team of technologists and strategic partners at ServiceNow, the company Forbes magazine called “the most innovative company in the world” in 2018.

Jeannine brings unparalleled energy to the topic of exploiting the ServiceNow platform to drive transformation through partnership, and her prior work as a ServiceNow customer and application owner, a leader in several partner organizations, a founding member of the ServiceNow Inspire™ team, and ultimately a global leader in the ServiceNow Alliance and Channels organization positions her well to speak to every aspect and experience in this dynamic ecosystem.
