Wayne has over 25 years’ experience in the information technology space with an emphasis on human capital and customer service management solutions. His main strength is building strong teams built on an employee-first culture. Currently, Wayne is the founder and CEO of The Anti. The Anti is a full-service consulting firm focused on improving the employee experience using ServiceNow as the platform. In three short years, The Anti has become the go-to partner in their niche. Wayne also co-founded Servos, a ServiceNow partner focused on the Customer Experience suite.
When Wayne isn't at work, you can usually find him hanging out with his family either on the water or in the mountains. He also co-founded The Kate Amato Foundation. An organization focused on finding non-toxic treatments for childhood cancer. Inspired by a special friend of his that lost her battle with cancer.
Throughout his career, Jim has worked in executive sales and marketing leadership positions with many global technology organizations. Consistently, these organizations created their version of success through IPO or acquisition. Jim’s leadership was instrumental in supporting that success. In his roles, he has worked for and with the Big 4 consultancies and understands the challenges and opportunities of ecosystem engagement. He’s rolled up his shirt sleeves to jumpstart successful relationships with each partner.
All those efforts have led to optimizing Go-to-Market strategies balancing out the most effective and efficient alliances to work with. He has years of experience doing global sales enablement with companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Microsoft, McKesson, Cisco, and BeyondTrust.
Jim has a unique blend of sales, business, and marketing acumen that has served him well in his career and has helped launch and develop the careers of many other individuals. He has a passion for servant leadership and exhibits that in his personal and professional endeavors. It is that “other-oriented” approach that enables Jim to look at each relationship through the eyes of the other party…whether that be a customer or a partner.
During his career, he has consistently been recognized for hiring great teams of people, coaching them to success, and exceeding goals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Niagara University and is a CPA.
